July 16, 2009 -- The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) formally approved four new kill claims for HYSO’s disinfectant formula, which had already been shown to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria. In addition to Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, HYSO’s formula has been scientifically tested and proven to kill the following bacteria and viruses:

• Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
• Influenza A (H2N2)
• Norovirus
• Rhinovirus
