March 13, 2009 -- HYSO is pleased to announce the hire of its new CEO, Adam Treanor. Adam came to HYSO from Gateridge Advisors, a boutique strategic and financial advisory firm, where he was Managing Partner. From 2004 to 2008, Adam was Managing Director and Director of Research for Wyser-Pratte Management Company, a New York-based investment firm. Prior to that, Adam was an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1994 to 1999, Adam served as a U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer, attaining the rank of Captain. Adam graduated with honors from Columbia Business School and with a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He received a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
